It’s scary to be caught in a storm, whether it’s a literal storm that threatens our lives and property or a storm of another sort – a spiritual, physical, mental, or emotional “storm” in our lives and relationships. Like the disciples in Mark 4:35-41, we can easily feel overwhelmed and fear for our very lives when the wind and the waves mount up. It is in these moments where God seeks to remind us who shares the boat with us. Jesus has more power than we can imagine, and He cares for us! Will we trust Him?
