On this Trinity Sunday, we hear from God’s Word that we have been created in the image of God; moreover, when Jesus sends his followers to make disciples, He commands baptism in the triune Name of God. What does it mean for us to bear the name and reflect the reality of God? In part, it means that we are created for life, for community, for truth, and for love. Today’s message is “Made in the Image and Baptized in the Name of Our Triune God,” based on Genesis 1 and Matthew 28:16-20.
